Elham is one of three interrelated core components of UEF; the other two are the Voice of Children Toolkit and the Learning for Well-being Forums.
The Voice of Children (VoC) provides tools to encourage and monitor the well-being of children as they perceive it.  It is a set of qualitative and quantitative instruments, with indicators based on a well-being framework developed by UEF. 

The Learning for Well-being Forums are high profile conferences bringing together local and global actors from education, health, ICT and media.
The Forums provide opportunities to listen to children’s voices, showcase Elham Ambassadors’ inspirational programs, and present the Voice of Children findings and the Well-being indices for each learning environment.
